Master Mind Scholarship 由比利時法蘭德斯政府（The Flemish Ministry of Education and Training）設立，資助優秀國際學生前往法蘭德斯與布魯塞爾攻讀碩士學位。此計畫涵蓋多所法蘭德斯高等教育機構，獲選者每學年可獲得 €10,225 的獎學金補助，並享有全額學費減免。

如何申請
• 申請人必須獲得參與學校的錄取
• 透過參與學校推薦
• 如被多校推薦，申請人只能擇一

學程條件
• 須為就讀 Master Mind 的學校與碩士學程
• 每學年至少修滿 60 ECTS

學業成績
• 用最近一個學位的學業成績（學士或碩士）
• GPA 要達 3.5 / 4.0
• GPA 換算工具指定用 Scholaro

英文門檻
須為3 年內的英檢成績
一般大學／理工科大學：
• ELTS 7.0
• TOEFL 或TOEFL iBT 94
• CEFR C1
• 各校認可的英文檢定與成績

藝術類學校（School of Arts）：
• IELTS 6.5
• TOEFL 或TOEFL iBT 90
• CEFR B2
• 各校認可的英文檢定與成績
