自我介紹
Dr. Rong-Ji Chen is a professor of mathematics education at California State University San Marcos (CSUSM). He teaches mathematics methods, STEM education, middle level education, and educational research courses. He is actively involved in STEM teacher recruitment and development. Since 2016, he has been the PI of the CSUSM Noyce Teacher Scholars Program (Track 1), which aims to recruit and mentor highly qualified science and mathematics teachers. His research interests pertain to the cognitive, affective, aesthetic, and identity-related dimensions of mathematics teaching and learning. In addition, he is committed to research and practice in middle level education and young adolescents’ development.
